Released in 2013, the phenomenon that is a Sharknado was released upon the unsuspecting public.

Out at sea, a huge storm rages, creating an out of control tornado, unbelievably sucking up man’s biggest threat in the ocean, sharks, transforming into………the Sharknado!

 

Finley “Fin” Shepard, ex-surfing champion and owner of Fin, a coastal bar on the Santa Monica pier, becomes concerned over a developing storm that’s somewhat, different.  It soon becomes apparent to everyone, this is no normal storm, the Sharknado has hit land.

 

Accompanied by his best friend Baz, loyal drunk George (with his trusty stool) and employee Nova, Fin’s only focus, is on the safety of his ex-wife April and daughter Claudia.  Battling through the elements and shark infested streets, will Fin and the gang make it?  Will Fin see April and Claudia again?  Will the natural unnatural Sharknado be defeated?  Santa Monica needs a hero, will Fin be that hero?

 

The Sharknado series has undoubtedly taken the world by “storm”, with the original being a good warm up for the sequels that were to follow.  A semi-believable story (mostly….read the news), great production, effects and the birth of the chainsaw, means you will not be left disappointed. 

 

Sharknado weekends and parties are inevitable!
