An Hour To Kill
Released in 2018, An Hour To Kill is the time that two assassins have before their next hit.
To help pass this time, they entertain themselves by sharing horror stories with each another. With bizarre titles such as "Valkyrie's Bunker", "Assacre" and "Hog Hunters" - which hitman's story will be deemed most disturbing when all is said and done?
Before they make the hit, these gangsters shoot the shit!
An Hour To Kill, a very random B-Movie that is absolutely BONKERS! From tales of an abandoned Nazi Bunker......in California to a Hog Roast that goes wrong......very wrong......what's not to love?
Whilst the main "gangster" story that binds everything together is good, it's not quite up to the standards of the the quirky tales told. Excellently cast, shot and performed, however the wait for the next fix of madness always seems just too far away.
And onto the tales themselves, like any anthology based movie the making or breaking of the feature, and the B is delighted to confirm the collection of randomness doesn't disappoint.
Like the main, each tale is excellently cast with some truly epic
B-Movie performances and scenes.......some scenes shot with unique and erm........interesting camera angles. Horror, Gore and
Comedy, it's all covered here with each tale becoming more weirder and wonderful than its predecessor......did we also mention it's a bit random?
An Hour To Kill, a very enjoyable release, but it could and maybe should have been a classic if more time were spent on the B than the gangster.
A worthy watch, but what could've been......
