The Basement

Released in 2018, The Basement, location of The Gemini, a L.A. serial killer who tortures and ultimately murders his victims in his San Fernando Valley home.

Gemini has already claimed seven victims, all of whom he has horrifyingly maimed and decapitated with a blowtorch, but now he is on the hunt for number eight.

Craig, a famed musician, unfortunately for him has been chosen by Gemini to be his eighth victim, but unfortunately for The Gemini, Craig's beautiful wife Kelly will prove every bit the killer’s equal in the art of psychological warfare.

The Basement, a tried and trusted formula that horror fans love, with kidnapping, imprisoning and brutal torturing from a killer with multiple personalities.

Excellent cinematography and a good, strong story unfolds, the true star however is the cast and the EPIC performances delivered, especially from the TWO main leads (Davis and Long) and the onscreen chemistry that develops between ALL of the characters, with a special shout out to Davis, a natural, eerily very believable demented performance.

Don't be "Split" on viewing The Basement, it's a very enjoyable watch that keeps you entertained until the very end.
